Filipino, 80 years old. He re-assumed the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of Alsons Consolidated Resources, Inc. (ACR) on March 1, 2021, a position he previously held from May 1995 to May 2001. He is the Chairman and President of ACR Mining Corporation, Alsons Development and Investment Corporation, Sarangani Agricultural Company, Inc., Conal Holdings Corporation, Alsons Thermal Energy Corp., Alto Power Management Corp., and many other subsidiaries under the Alcantara Group. He is the Chairman of the Board of SITE Group International, Ltd.
Mr. Alcantara is the Vice-Chairman of Aviana Development Corporation. Currently, he is a Director of Seafront Resources Corporation, The Philodrill Corporation, Enderun Colleges, Inc., Sagittarius Mines, Inc. and Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Inc.
Prior to this, Mr. Alcantara held the position of Chairman and President in various corporations, namely, Petron Corporation, ligan Cement Corporation, Alsons Cement Corporation, Northern Mindanao Power Corporation and Refractories Corporation of the Philippines. He was also the Chairman of Alsons Prime Investments Corporation until recently and served as Director of Bank One Savings, Bancasia Capital Corporation, C. Alcantara & Sons, Inc. and Alsons Corporation. Until May 2021, he served as the Chairman of both the Corporate Governance Committee and Related Party Transactions Committee of BDO Private Bank, Inc. and a member of the Bank’s Audit Committee.
Mr. Alcantara holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Sta. Clara University, California, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Editha I. Alcantara Director
Filipino, has served as Director of the Company since March 8, 1995. She holds a Business Administration degree from Maryknoll College and an MBA from Boston College. Ms. Alcantara became the President of C. Alcantara and Sons, Inc. in 1992 after serving as the Treasurer of that Company. Presently, she is a Director (since 1980) and the Treasurer (since October 2000) of other companies in the Alcantara Group.
She is also a Director of the Philippine Wood Producers Association (since May 16, 1980), and has served as a Trustee for the Philippine Business for the Environment, Inc. since July 1995 and as a Trustee of Miriam College since December 1998.
Tirso G. Santillan, Jr. Director
Filipino, became a Director of the Company in June 11, 1996. He has also been the Executive Vice-President since April 27, 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Engineering and a Masters in Business Management degree from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Presently, he heads the Business Development Group of the Alcantara Group. He has been the Executive Vice-President of Alto Power Management Corporation since January 1996, Conal Holdings Corporation since June 1997, Southern Philippines Power Corporation and Western Mindanao Power Corporation since March 1996. He is also a Director of Sarangani Agricultural Co., Inc. since May 2002, Clark Development Corporation since December 2004 and Lima Water Corporation and Lima Utilities Corporation since August 2007.
Additionally, he has been the Managing Partner of Private Capital of Asia Ltd. since June 1991. Mr. Santillan worked with the First Pacific Group from February 1987 to May 1991.
Roberto Joaquin P. Ramos Chief Financial Officer
Filipino, became the Company’s Senior Vice President and Group Chief Finance Officer on May 19, 2025. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce, major in accounting from the De La Salle University in Manila. He attended the Ateneo-Regis Executive MBA from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business, graduating with honors for academic excellence. He also attended the Finance and Business Controlling Program at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Mr. Ramos brings with him over 30 years' experience in finance, starting his career in 1992 as Auditor at SGV & Co. He joined Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation in 1996 as Treasury Manager. In 2001 he moved to ABB Australia, Pty, Ltd. as Business Unit Controller and in 2010 became Country CFO and Country Legal & Integrity Officer of ABB, Inc. In 2014, he was invited by Philips Electronics and Lighting to be the Country CFO. He then joined Golden Arches Development Corp. (McDonald's Philippines) in 2015 as CFO. In 2022, he was CFO of GroupM Philippines. And in 2023 he was invited by Max's Group Inc. as Group CFO, Treasurer and Chief Information Officer.
Ana Maria Margarita A. Katgbak Corporate Secretary
Ana Maria Margarita A. Katgbak, 53, Filipino, has been the Corporate Secretary of the Company since June 24, 2021, replacing Atty. Roberto B. San Jose. She received her BACL and law degree from the University of the Philippines.
She is a member of the Philippine Bar and a senior partner of Castillo Laman Tan Pantaleon and San Jose Law Offices. In addition to serving as a Corporate Secretary for the Company, he also serves as a Director of Mabuhay Holdings Corporation since 2007.
Jonathan F. Jimenez Assistant Corporate Secretary
Jonathan F. Jimenez, 56, Filipino, was appointed as the Assistant Corporate Secretary of the Company on February 16, 2022. He is a member of the Philippine bar and a Juris Doctor (Law) graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University in 1992.
Atty. Jimenez has a long-standing career of 23 years in the Alcantara Group. He first joined the Alcantara Group in October 1998 where he was Legal Counsel of Lima Land, Inc. for 15 years. In October of 2013, he transferred to Alsons Land Corporation prior to moving to Conal Corporation in March 2014 as Legal Counsel and now serves as the Corporate Secretary of the group's other companies.
